DIRECTION NO.1 "Be with a cat"
The right entrance offers a multi-sensory experience to experience accompany by a cat in various scales.

Creating a highly sensorial room with hints of "laying on a huge cat"
to help reducing visitors' stresses.

ROOM2.2 CAT SOCIETY: A BOX FOR US, A HOME FOR US
We human beings live in our own "box", just as our cats.
This cut-away dome with multiple rooms allows visitors as a domestic cat to listen to / experience various stories, lives and issues of different individuals who also lives in the urban city.
ROOM 2.2: LEFT SIDE OF THE DOME - People in 1930s
The left side of the dome talks about society in 1930s.
ROOM 2.2 LEFT SIDE VS RIGHT SIDE: 1930S VS MODERN
Compared to 1930s, Cat society in modern time allows more freedom and more individualism, just like human society. People have multi-layers of social identities rather than being set on one single social identity.
ROOM 2.2 CAT SOCIETY OF L.A. in 1930s
I selected eight microcosm of the times of 1930s in Los Angeles: <Modern Times>; Racial Segregation; First Hollywood Chinese star Anna May Wang; United Artist Theatre; Family gathering next to a home stereo; Drive-in theatres and of course, so-cal beach as always.
ROOM 2.4/1.3 CAFE AUX CHAT
The welcoming cat cafe which leads to the exit, is a open and welcoming cat cafe/library allowing cat lovers from different generations to connect and share the experience.
